Not too much happened this past week.

I went and hauled wood for some investigators, which means we chopped down a tree and chopped it into little pieces. I had a lot of fun with that. Elder Poulsen was using his chainsaw and me and Elder Simonsen along with an investigator named Cody were using axes to chop the wood into smaller pieces. Elder Poulsen was using his chainsaw to chop the tree when the tree suddenly fell over on top of him! I think God saved his life when this dinky tree behind him caught the tree and held it so that Elder Poulsen didn't get hurt. That was pretty crazy.

I left my proselyting bag in Ramah for most of this past week, so I had to go around with just a Book of Mormon again for a few days. We drove to Ramah yesterday to get it back, so that's good.

When we drove to Gallup on Thursday for district meeting, and afterwards we went to Panda Express where we got free Chinese food because there was a member who bought everything for us at the end of the line. That was really nice of him.

Well, I took a couple of pictures! Me and Elder Simonsen went ultra-crazy taking pictures of a  sunset (I only attached two).

I must have forgotten to tell you that I bought an axe. Well, I bought an axe! It's called a "Fiscars" axe. It's pretty nice. I will be carrying it with me throughout the mission, and eventually I'll take it home. Elder Simonsen has the same axe, too. And yes, we are getting along🤓

From my studies: Elder Simonsen really liked this one: Proverbs 21:19 "It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman." This is true.
Proverbs 24:16 "For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief." I like that one. The wicked only 'fall' once and they fall into mischief, but the righteous learn from their mistakes.
